pantryslutA brief note, mostly to myself:
I recently found out that the neighorhood that my Dad grew up in -- Hometown, a suburb of Chicago -- was primarily Irish Catholic, not Polish as I had thought. (That was an earlier neighborhood, when he was younger. Also, the neighborhood where my grandparents live now is also heavily Polish, thus misleading me.)
