Do you have any idea how hard it is to plan an outfit that is suitable for:

a) physical therapy
b) a job interview
c) no obvious evidence of a job interview at the current job
d) rain
e) hickey coverage?

Sounds like time for a turtleneck over a t-shirt, with a pair of slacks. You'd have to carry sweatpants or something for the P.T., though.

Too late -- PT and interview were this morning. I opted to forgo e) and wear a suit and short-sleeved sweater shell, plus overcoat for rain. I stuffed the suit jacket in my bag before I entered the office.
