Dec. 15th, 2004 11:43 amI knew there had to be a foodie here at work *somewhere*! Somebody made spring rolls *and* a spicy red pepper-eggplant dip served with toasted lavash for our holiday potluck today.
I made the pistachio mint goat cheese spread that
imnotandrei tried out for Thanksgiving. The catch is, I made it *at work*, because I accidentally left the ingredients here overnight. There is nothing more attention-getting than assembling your potluck dish at in the break room, no matter how simple it is.
