One approach to this problem is to have people in mind to whom you can farm things out. That way you can avoid having to turn a customer down, which is something to be avoided if at all possible. (There are, of course, problems if what the customer wants is something with your byline.)
Yes, the lattermost is the situation here. I could recommend people for the assignment, but I suspect their resources in this regard are greater than mine.
I don't think there will be any hard feelings for me turning them down this time.
