Mar. 14th, 2005 11:00 amSomething I have learned from my fulltime work experience so far:
I used to despair at my work ethic when I worked at home, b/c so much of my time would be whittled away poking around on the web, reading e-mail, and posting here. The entire morning would seem to vanish into that pit.
Now, it is eleven o'clock, almost lunchtime. And what have I spent most of the day doing? You guessed it.
However, I have also managed to knock off seven letters. Not bad.
I'm productive in the margins. I've always been a sprinter rather than a marathoner. I must remember this when I am home and working, or whenever I go back to working at home (yes, those are two different things). Heck, I knocked off 500 words watching TV up at G.'s the other day, the most writing I've done in one sitting in quite a while.
