it might help to know that a) I was wearing my work drag at the time, and b) I was kinda-sorta responding to this post (http://www.livejournal.com/users/bearsir/108906.html) by Bear, specifically the part where sie says, "...unless this is a butch who can pass as a heteronormative woman in which case ze’s not really a butch anyway because no butch could do such a thing, except that some of them can.."
Not that I actually think I pass as heteronormative, even in cleavage-baring office drag.
