Back To Work

My office may be full of books, my computer may be parked on the coffee table in the living room, but I'm back at work as of this morning. Strangely, sitting on the couch with the keyboard in my lap and the mouse next to my thigh seems more ergonomically correct than my previous set-up. I'd need a bigger screen if I were to do this regularly, though -- it can be hard to read the text on screen sometimes.

*waves* Hello, by the way! (I got here by way of your mention in rasfc of moving to Oakland, which prompted a "hey, Lori's local!" reaction, and so I looked at your web page, and saw a livejournal link, and so here I am.)

I tend to much of my typing with the keyboard on my lap; it seems most comfortable to me, too. (And it adjusts properly when I lean back or scoot around, which is a plus.) I don't have a useful place to put the mouse when I do it, though....
