b) Meanwhile, Garrison Keillor apologizes. Sort of. Comes off as less of a homophobe, and more of a smug asshole.

Ah yes, I loved that Dan column. ;) I felt tempted to reply (as I'm high-libido, while my (male) partner is low-libido), but so many others did, I figured he's got the picture by now.

And yeah - not a very satisfactory GK apology, but better than nothing. Thanks for the pointer to it.
