pantryslut1. G.'s chicken was still amazing after a day, and reheated in the microwave. Also, he was very gracious in letting me take a sliver of credit for encouraging him to experiment foodwise.
2. I mashed up the leftover eggplant with some harissa and some cumin, and ate it alongside feta as the side dish (with crackers for me; with pita for G.). That was really good, too. I think I will be roasting a lot of eggplant in the future.
3. I left my lunch in the fridge this morning. Foo.
4. Dear Universe: less stress for the household, please. Thanks.
