Pants!

The pants I am wearing today, they do not bind in the front, and they do not gap in the back. (And they do this without an elastic inset!) They don't bag out at the hips, and they don't fall off my body. They provide a smooth and stylish silhouette. Their inseam is just the right length. And they have pockets. Real pockets.

Remind me again why I ever wear anything except men's pants?

(Oh, right, because some of them *do* cut into my belly in the front. Huh. Not these, though. Dang. These are the most comfortable pants ever. I am utterly smitten.)

Old Navy khakis, of all things. I'll see if I can get some pictures :) I dunno if they look as good as they feel, but they feel real nice.

I'm stocky and short-waisted and men's pants often fit me great. Problem: I'm seriously short, and can't find short length men's pants easily. Another problem: I don't sew so I can't take them up.

Ladies' "boyfriend" pants will sometimes do the trick. They at least often have real pockets and not those shallow or purely decorative things. Ooh, those make me mad. It's like my pants pockets are lying to me.
